Ottilie offers reliable, fully tracked delivery across the UK Mainland. All orders are carefully packaged using premium materials to ensure your pieces arrive beautifully and safely.
We currently offer reliable, fully tracked delivery across the UK Mainland. Delivery charges and available services are shown clearly at checkout before your order is completed.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
During especially busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we will always aim to send your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
You can use these details to follow your parcel’s journey at any time.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Ottilie cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ottiliechester.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot or collection point.
Any unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur a redelivery charge.
International shipping is not currently available. We hope to offer this service in the future as Ottilie grows.
